Buyer Match

Before you list it, tell us about it

Register a property against what our buyers are actually looking for.

Every buyer who works with us tells us the same things at intake. What they can spend. Which part of the county. When they need to be in. What kind of property, and what the house has to have.

We're building that into a record, price band, area, timeline, financing type, property type, the two or three things that are non-negotiable for them. Every buyer in it has given written permission for their profile to be shared without their name attached. Nobody's identity, nobody's finances, nobody's personal situation. A profile reads like: $300–350K, north end of the county, needs to close by spring, conventional, wants a garage and at least an acre.

Register a property here and we'll check it against that record. When something lines up, we'll tell you, and we'll show you the profile.

Say the honest part out loud

The record is new. We started building it deliberately in the fall of 2026 and it fills one represented buyer at a time. Right now it is thin, and depending on your price band and where you are in the county there may be nothing in it that matches your house for a while.

So this is a waitlist more than it is a matching service, and we'd rather tell you that than let you think we're sitting on a list of ready buyers. Anyone who tells you they have one, on a website, without knowing anything about your house, is selling you something.

What registering gets you today: your property sits in front of us before it's on the market, so when a matching buyer does come through, you're the first call rather than a search result. And it costs nothing and obligates you to nothing. No agreement, no listing, no commitment of any kind.

What we do with it

We hold it. We check new buyer profiles against registered properties as they come in. When there's a match, we call you and show you the profile, and you decide whether you want to do anything about it.

We don't market registered properties. We don't publish them, put them on a coming-soon list, or share the address with anyone. If you eventually want your property marketed before it hits the MLS, that's a different conversation with its own written authorization and its own rules, and we'll have it properly.

Register a property

Nothing gets marketed. Nothing gets published. We hold it and we call you if something lines up.

We're building this record now. Register and you're in it from the start.

Nothing is marketed or published. Direct from Travis Old, Licensed NC Broker (#334264).
